We use the collected information to operate and maintain the PocketSplitter platform, specifically to:

• Allow you to invite friends to groups and calculate balances.
• Process uploaded receipts via OCR features to autofill expense fields.
• Send security alerts, database notifications, and system updates.
• Improve the performance, security, and user experience of our app.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your group balances and data are visible only to the members of the groups you participate in. We use SSL encryption to safeguard all transmission of sensitive data.

4. Your Choices & Deletion

You can edit your profile information at any time from the app settings. If you wish to delete your account and remove all personal data from our servers, you can initiate account deletion from the app profile menu or contact us at pocketsplitterapp@gmail.com.
